Why We Exist
Millions, if not billions, of people don't mind being labeled " Woke!" That political slur means we are awake to the truth of Humanity: That we are all one and, as such, intricately connected.
The phrase (acronym) WE LOVE US ~ ALL OF US comprises the first letter of 15 simple principles. Together, these principles answer the question : "How do we create a world that works for everyone?"
As Einstein famously said, "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expediting different results."

Humanitarians Unite! is sponsored by Civic Engagement Inc. as an educational tool. As lovers of America and believers that "a more perfect union" is possible, our hearts broke after the racist reaction to President Obama's first election. Thinking we had, as a country, just cleared a giant hurdle, we quickly realized we were mistaken. Instead, the seemingly slumbering racist hatred reared its head and organized a comeback. America is now in the fight of its lifetime. Using Einstein as our guide, we propose a new approach.

"How do we create a world that works for everyone?" This seems to us to be the crux of the meaning of "a perfect union." Discovering the answer became an obsession for us. The initial answer was "WE LOVE US" and its accompanying intentions or principles. We began spreading the word. Seward, Alaska, became a WE LOVE US community by Proclomation, in May 2017. As time passed, however, it became clear that something was missing. It isn't just that we love us; we must love ALL OF US to create effective change and a new way of living and being.

Humanitarians Unite! is a movement that we hope will grow into the most significant and profound grassroots movement on Earth. It is founded on truth, and it's high time that the truth matters! Humanitarians Unite! is the most enormous tent of humanity! You don't have to give anything up to be a part of this movement, as long as you agree, and do your best, to live using the stated intentions and principles of WE LOVE US ~ ALL OF US. Let's put away our political and religious labels and unite in a new way, based our beliefs in the rights of all humanity and the truth of life.

What we hope for the Humanitarians Unite! Movement is that it becomes a tool for bridge building as we tackle the job of saving the United States of America from complete destruction by the fascist regime that has captured power in Washington D.C.. Effective April, 2025, the country is in a constitutional crisis. Freedoms and protections that many of us took for granted are being removed at a blinding pace. We believe the Humanitarians Unite! Movement will ultimately bring people together across the aisles in both politics and religion. There is no limit to the size of this movement and we encourage all citizens everywhere to join!
What we know, based on scientific research, is that there is only one "thing" in the universe. While objects around us appear different, when placed under the strongest microscope available, what is visible appears the same as anything else. The visible matter is also in motion, with more space than matter. (This phenomenon occurs when we look at ourselves as well. Under a microscope, we look like anything else.) This knowledge calls upon us to look at the world differently. It leads to the understanding that all is one and connected. It suggests there is more going on here than meets the eye! As such, it calls for us to think anew about everything.
One of the founders of Civic Engagement Inc. (our sponsor) was gifted early on with a mission to get to the "bottom" of religion. Having experienced numerous different churches, understanding the differences became a single-minded focus. Most people don't realize that if you trace any major religion to its origin, you arrive in the same place. Regardless of their tenets and approach, the basic purpose of each major religion is to teach us to love one another. Additional words most religions have in common or share include compassion, morality, and selflessness. These are the traits of wisdom we focus on.
The founders of Civic Engagement Inc. (our sponsor) have dedicated their lives to the quest for the truth in everything from government, religion, and philosophy to history, the mystics, business, finance, education, and beyond. Everything posted on our sites has been fact-checked and verified. We take the truth very seriously and would never knowingly mislead you. Sometimes, hearing new things makes us uncomfortable. We've learned universally: If you want to know the truth, you must be willing to let go of your preconceived notions and beliefs. You must be willing to consider a different viewpoint (but not without verification).
First of all, if you have been volunteering and civically engaged, that's wonderful! We encourage everyone to participate in their local, state and federal governments. What letter you may have after your name politically (R, D, L, I, G, etc.), or whatever your affiliation, you are certainly not asking you to walk away from anything you have energy invested in. We welcome you to join us in addition to your current affiliations, assuming they are in alignment with the principles of the Humanitarians Unite! Movement.
The board members of Civic Engagement Inc. are covering the modest costs of this website and associated email address. They volunteer their time. While we may create some printed materials, we will not mass produce any materials in order to keep costs at a minimum. We will create a PDF brochure that you can download for printing if we receive requests for such. Likewise if people want to make T-Shirts or hats, we'll provide the digital artwork. When the top 20% of Americans hold about 86% of the entire wealth in the U.S. the rest of us must work together to get things done as best we can. We are relying on this principle for the Humanitarians Unite! Movement to spread! We also encourage you to donate time or money to your favorite charities. Food banks and soup kitchens are in particular need across the country. (Did you know many military families rely on food banks?)
We have specifically left names out of this conversation because this movement is not about any one person. It is imperative that the message of the Humanitarians Unite! Movement remains inspirational and does not become personally attached to any one person. Yes, spokespeople will share ideas and guidance about the movement; however, what they share are not "their ideas" or "their movement." We have a rare opportunity to come together for the betterment of all. The Humanitarians Unite! Movement creates the opportunity to work together in a new way. It is up to each of us to decide how successful the movement is.
